Family Constellations & Akashic Healing
I have a Degree in psychology from Birkbeck, London and completed my training as a Cranio-Sacral therapist at the Centre for Cranio-Sacral Therapy, London in 2020. Since then, I have been living and working on a homestead in Poland, where I have regular clients both in person and online. Having trained during the periods of lockdown, I quickly learnt how to work beyond hands-on and reach a person’s energy field remotely, facilitating communication heart-to-heart.
Through a process of empathetic entrainment, I attune to the other person’s field through my own body, which allows me to locate energy blockages which can then be analysed on the emotional scale. Even when working online, I work very closely with the client, articulating the processes I am experiencing, asking questions when needed and at other times, quietly adjusting and balancing energies in a relaxed, meditative atmosphere. Recently, I have been expanding my experience through working with horses and feel confident in including pets in my healing.
Sessions are available in English and Polish.
